Job Description

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for packing a variety of products for shipment to our customers. You will ensure orders are accurate and complete, while following strict packaging guidelines to prevent damage during transit.
Responsibilities:
- Pack, weigh, and label outgoing orders according to packing slips and customer specifications
- Select appropriate packaging materials (boxes, bubble wrap, peanuts, etc.) to ensure safe transport of products
- Securely seal and close packages
- Scan and track packages throughout the fulfillment process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Identify and report any damaged or defective items
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bring the shipping boxes in Warehouse
- Bonus Pay: Help at vendor booth/trip
Qualifications:
- Minimum [High School Diploma/GED] or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior warehouse experience a plus
- Must be flexible with the schedule
- Fluent American Sign language preferred
