Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out at contact@58creativity.com — we’re happy to help resolve any problems.
Digital Product Policy
All digital products are final sale and non-refundable. Once a digital file (such as fonts, downloads, or printable resources) is purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be received before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the following options are available:

Reshipping: We’ll send an invoice for the additional shipping fee. Once paid, we will resend your package to the correct address.

Refunds: If you prefer not to reship, we can issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. If you realize there’s a mistake in your address after placing an order, email us immediately at contact@58creativity.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
Rush Shipping
If you select overnight or 2-day shipping and request expedited processing, please note that we still require a minimum of 2-4 days to prepare your order. We are a small, artist-run business, and all orders are packed with care.

In-Person Events
58 Creativity Event Ticket Policy
All ticket sales for events and workshops are non-refundable if you are unable to attend. This helps us manage supplies and space more effectively.
If we need to cancel or postpone an event due to weather or other conflicts, you’ll have two options:

Receive a full refund

Transfer your ticket to the new date (if one is available)
If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, please notify us at least 3 days before the original event start time. We’ll do our best to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist and issue a refund if possible.
