LOST PACKAGES
If the tracking hasn't been updated in some time please contact your local post office and request a search for the package, you can also do this online. In most cases the package will reappear but if it doesn't please contact me
International packages take at least one month to get to their destination. If more than a month has passed since the package was shipped and you still haven't received it please contact me so I can make an insurance claim.
STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package was marked as delivered but you didn't receive it please contact your local post office and ask to verify it was delivered to the right address. If your package was stolen from your address then make a police report.
CUSTOM DUTIES AND IMPORT VAT
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination and they're the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & exchanges
We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the following options apply:
- Reshipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address. We will send an invoice for the additional shipping fee before resending the package.
- Refunds: If the customer prefers a refund instead of reshipping, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. If you realize an address mistake after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [your contact email] to see if it can be updated before shipping.
