Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for packing a variety of products for shipment to our customers. You will ensure orders are accurate and complete, while following strict packaging guidelines to prevent damage during transit.

Responsibilities:

  • Pack, weigh, and label outgoing orders according to packing slips and customer specifications
  • Select appropriate packaging materials (boxes, bubble wrap, peanuts, etc.) to ensure safe transport of products
  • Securely seal and close packages
  • Scan and track packages throughout the fulfillment process
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Identify and report any damaged or defective items
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Bring the shipping boxes in Warehouse
  • Bonus Pay: Help at vendor booth/trip

Qualifications:

  • Minimum [High School Diploma/GED] or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior warehouse experience a plus
  • Must be flexible with the schedule
  • Fluent American Sign language preferred
